    • Universal Joints bearing cups are cold-formed and case hardened machined to tighter tolerances
    • Quality control inspections tighten throughout the entire process to achieve the maximum
    •  Dual grease fittings for easier access during maintenance
    • Grease fitting holes are dilled and tapped
    • For a smoother surface finish  that’s free of microscopic grooves that could potentially cause premature wear, cross trunnions  are polished at 10-20- RMS finish
    • Large grease reservoirs on cross trunnions with optimize grease channels for optimal grease distribution
    • High quality needle bearing which have been heat treated and are made out of the highest quality of bearing steel
    • Engineered internal anti-drain back valve which has incorporated into the thrust washer to prevent dry start-up and control lubrication
    • Metal  protective  shields are used to provide an extra level of protection and extended seal life, this is the case for most applications
